Rainbow Fostering has been officially rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted following our most recent inspection in May 2025 – and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share the news!
That’s right – for the third consecutive time, Ofsted has recognised Rainbow for delivering exceptional care, love, and support to children and young people across all areas of our service. This includes:
✅ Overall experiences and progress of children and young people - OUTSTANDING!
✅ How well children are helped and protected - OUTSTANDING!
✅ The effectiveness of our leaders and managers - OUTSTANDING!
💬 “Children receive outstanding care from their foster families. They thrive in stable, nurturing environments, and benefit from strong emotional bonds, a sense of belonging, and excellent support,” noted the inspectors in their glowing report.

The manager leads by example in terms of commitment and drive and is visible and accessible to all within the fostering agency. An exceptionally competent and committed management team supports the manager.
