To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed anonymous feedback from women working within participating organisations, evaluating their everyday experiences of trust, innovation, leadership, fairness, and company values. These insights were then benchmarked against the workplace culture employees actually experience. Only organisations achieving the highest scores receive Best Workplaces™ recognition.

Our employee feedback highlighted particular strengths in feeling welcomed, fairness, teamwork, management support, pride in the organisation, and making a difference, demonstrating the culture we have worked hard to build together.
